Bluetooth Printer Management creates a gateway between your Printer Profile Manager Enterprise application (or MDM platform) and the printers. This gives you real-time visibility and management capabilities from a remote location.
Printer management
You can update the firmware on the printers to the latest version, then monitor the printers, troubleshoot issues, and prevent problems. Information from each printer includes paper out, printhead open, battery low, paper used and number and labels printed. You get a real-time alert from the Printer Profile Manager when a printer goes offline, or is about to,.for you to keep the printer in service.
