BellHawk Online Operations Management Option
Available Inventory Prediction (AIP)
What to make or buy
Physical inventory is only part of the make-to-order picture. You also need what you have on order, what you will consume, what you will make and what you will ship. This picture is changing all the time.
Make or buy decisions
AIP performs the complex calculations of material requirements but leaves the user to make decisions on parts to make and materials to order. The results tells managers what materials will be available and when. This real-time information lets them make informed decisions to make or buy.
Demand driven resource planning
The DRP option makes it easy to generate purchase orders and work orders for shortfall in inventory available for new orders.
How AIP works
