Outer pack labelling
This food manufactures produces preserves in jars for supermarkets. Each tray must have an outer pack label with a GS1 barcode for logistics and distribution.
There are two labellers on the line for non-stop operation.
Labelling
One of the labellers prints and dispenses a label ready for the arrival of the next tray.
Twin labellers
The second labeller takes over when an operator needs to load a new rolls of labels and ribbon.
Capacity
The capacity of this system is 40-50 outer packs per minute. It depends on label height and pack length.
